Max has found his calling. He is all about basketball now, the problem is, the regular basketball season is over. But right now he is happy playing at the gym. Aunt Emma picked him up from school today and took him to the church gym to get some practice in. He made 10 baskets on a regular size goal. He was really excited. Driving to school this morning, he was ready for school to be over and basketball to begin. He said, it's ok, school is only like two hours, right? I just agreed. Anyway, they had a good time, and we got home tonight, he ate, and then crashed. Tomorrow, Mattie will have a friend to play with. My friend Betty is bringing her baby, Daniel, over for the afternoon. They should have fun together, but Daniel is just over 1, I think. We'll see how it goes.

Hi! We're from northeast Texas. And yes my husband is a youth minister...we love it! It is pretty great how much people love on your kids when you're in ministry. Sounds like we have a lot in common...I was reading some of your older posts and saw that you're doing weight watchers...we started in January. Do you like it? I have so far, but I'm doing it with my husband and he's lost 22lbs. and I've only lost 10, so that's disappointing/maddening. Anyway, hope you have a great day!
